What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to never limit yourself to executing tasks build systems, think bigger, and lead with intent. Growth comes from continuously sharpening your skills, taking ownership beyond your role, and developing the ability to guide others through change. When you focus on leadership, structure, and long-term impact, you become unstoppable, capable of scaling results, influencing outcomes, and creating value in any organization or industry.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the operations and analytics field is to be confident in your skills, stay curious, and never stop learning. Focus on understanding the bigger picture, ask questions, and seek opportunities to work on cross-functional projects. Don’t be afraid to take initiative—your ideas and perspective are valuable. Building a strong network, finding mentors, and embracing challenges will help you grow and succeed in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

The biggest challenge in operations and analytics is managing rapid growth and complex data while maintaining efficiency. At the same time, it’s a huge opportunity to leverage data and technology to drive smarter decisions, streamline operations, and create scalable, high-performing organizations.

The values most important to me are integrity, accountability, and continuous growth. I believe in doing work with honesty and transparency, taking ownership of my responsibilities, and always striving to learn and improve.
