The best career advice I was ever given was, ‘never say never.’ To me, that means never giving up. Persistence, patience, and perseverance have been the keys to my success both personally and professionally.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The best advice I would give to young women entering the glass and glazing industry is to intentionally build a strong personal brand, seek out mentors, and continuously challenge yourself to learn as much as possible. Get involved in trade associations, connect with women at all levels of the industry, and take the time to learn from those working in the field. Every conversation, experience, and connection will help shape your growth and confidence.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in our field right now lies with women. There is tremendous opportunity for women across every role and every segment of the glass and glazing industry. Women can not only succeed but truly thrive and build impactful, long-term careers in this industry.
