The best career advice I’ve ever received was, “Lead with heart, and the rest will follow.” That simple truth has shaped every step of my journey. I’ve learned that success isn’t just about numbers or growth .. it’s about purpose, people, and impact. When you stay rooted in kindness, integrity, and service, doors open naturally. Even when plans change, I remind myself that the mission stays the same: to make a difference in the lives of families, children, and the community. Leading with heart has guided me through challenges, fueled creativity, and reminded me that when you build with love, everything else falls into place.

My biggest advice to younger women is to start before you feel ready and lead with purpose, not perfection. The truth is, no one has it all figured out but passion, consistency, and heart will take you farther than confidence alone ever could. Build something that matters, something that reflects who you are and why you care. Surround yourself with people who lift you higher and remind you of your “why” on the tough days. Don’t be afraid to pivot. Sometimes redirection is the very thing that leads you toward alignment. Most importantly, stay kind, stay grounded, and stay grateful. Success means nothing if you lose your integrity along the way. You don’t have to be the loudest voice in the room .. just the most genuine.

One of the biggest challenges I face in the Doublemint Sitting world is finding reliable babysitters who truly share our mission, individuals who don’t just see it as a job, but as an opportunity to shape young hearts and make a difference in children’s lives. It takes a special kind of person to step into a family’s home with patience, empathy, and genuine care. We’re not just looking for sitters; we’re looking for role models. People who can bring consistency, creativity, and compassion to every child they meet. In a fast-paced world where many seek convenience over connection, finding those who are dedicated to showing up with heart, reliability, and purpose remains both one of our greatest challenges and most important priorities.
