About SZILVIA
Szilvia Kovacs is a strategic ecosystem enablement, GTM enablement, sales onboarding, program management, bid management, and sales strategy professional with experience in global onboarding programs, role-based learning paths, enablement content, sales training, RFP/proposal strategy, bid operations, deal qualification, team leadership, process improvement, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration. She currently serves as Strategic Ecosystem Enablement Manager at ServiceNow. Her background includes GTM enablement leadership with Glean, sales onboarding and bid management with Qualtrics, and strategic bid leadership across Vodafone Ireland and Vodafone Global Enterprise. She began working with sales in 2010 after starting her career in 2006 and holds APMP and PMP certifications. Her education includes studies in economics and international studies in Hungary, followed by studies in Italy.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I think the biggest advice could be to be courageous, and don't feel that there's a right time for something. When you have an opportunity, you have to decide that if this is what you want, then you have to go for that. There's no right time.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is super important... being respectful and mindful to other people that I meet on my way, who can come from different religions, different cultures, a different country, it's very important for me to be respectful, and being respected at my workplace, and also in my personal life.
