Tabitha Gustin

Business Owner & Practitioner
Zen Keeper LLC
North Woodstock, NH

I’m a multifaceted leader who has built a career spanning Fortune 500 operational leadership, board service, and holistic wellness. My journey bridges two worlds—the structured precision of business and the intuitive flow of holistic healing. With extensive experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, and Technology, I bring both strategic insight and heartfelt leadership to everything I do.

Alongside my corporate career, I founded Zen Keeper LLC, a woman-owned business in the Western White Mountains of New Hampshire and on the South Shore of Massachusetts, devoted to helping others find balance, clarity, and well-being. Surrounded by the beauty of the mountains, forests, and rivers, I draw inspiration from the natural world—encouraging clients to reconnect with themselves and the healing power of nature.

Through Zen Keeper LLC, I offer a diverse range of services, including:

  • Holistic wellness sessions such as Reflexology, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness experiences.
  • Bookkeeping and consulting services for small businesses and entrepreneurs seeking clarity, structure, and financial confidence.

Every engagement—whether a private session, group retreat, or business consultation—is guided by intention, expertise, and care. My approach honors both the financial and energetic foundations that allow people and organizations to thrive.

I believe that true success happens when mind, body, and spirit are aligned—and that connection extends to the world around us. Spending time in nature reminds us to slow down, breathe deeply, and find balance in life’s rhythm. My mission is to help clients achieve resilience, prosperity, and peace—both internally and externally.

“Your light shines brightest when body, mind, and spirit rise together, carrying you closer to the life you’re meant to live.”

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to curiosity, courage, and connection. From a hands-on, unconventional early career to leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies, I’ve never stopped learning or saying yes to growth—whether that meant mastering complex business systems or deepening my understanding of people, animals, and healing. Staying grounded in nature, guided by service, and committed to aligning mind, body, and spirit has allowed me to lead with both precision and heart, creating meaningful impact in every chapter of my journey.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received was to trust that no experience is wasted. Every role, detour, and season of curiosity builds skills, perspective, and resilience that will serve you later—often in unexpected ways. Embracing that advice gave me the confidence to follow a nontraditional path, lead with authenticity, and ultimately create a career that aligns both purpose and practicality.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Trust yourself and don’t feel pressured to follow a single, linear path. Stay curious and be adventurous—explore new roles, ideas, and experiences, even when they take you off the expected road. Build strong foundational skills, ask questions, and say yes to opportunities that stretch you while protecting your values and well-being. When you lead with integrity, curiosity, and balance, you create a career that is both impactful and deeply fulfilling.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in holistic healing today is helping people see it not as a luxury or “nice-to-have,” but as a meaningful component of overall well-being that deserves time, understanding, and intentional practice. There’s still a gap between conventional healthcare models and holistic approaches, so education and clear communication are essential.

At the same time, that challenge is also the greatest opportunity: more people are seeking balance, resilience, and deeper connection to their own health than ever before. This opens up space to expand services, build community around wellness, and partner with other practitioners to create integrative care experiences.

Staying curious, open-minded, and grounded in both evidence and empathy allows us to meet clients where they are, and support them in building sustainable, transformative practices that honor mind, body, and spirit together.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are integrity, curiosity, compassion, and balance. I believe in doing meaningful work with intention and honesty, while staying open to learning and growth through new experiences. Compassion and service guide how I support others, and balance keeps me grounded—honoring mind, body, spirit, and our connection to nature so both my work and personal life remain aligned and fulfilling.
