What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the experiences I’ve had building relationships and learning about people early in my career. I started off bartending and working as a server in college, which taught me a lot about connecting with others and understanding customer needs. While initially studying to become a dental hygienist, I realized that wasn’t the right path for me, so I explored marketing, promotions, and even modeling. Eventually, I found my way into sales and marketing, working as a sales recruiter for an insurance company where I trained people, handled HR duties, and gained invaluable experience. Those experiences led me to account management, where I’m now thriving in a field I truly love.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to not take anything personally and to keep evolving. I’ve found that staying adaptable and focusing on growth helps me navigate challenges and continue progressing in my career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is building strong relationships and effectively marketing in a competitive environment. I focus on connecting with clients in meaningful ways while finding innovative approaches to stand out and deliver value.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are balance, growth, and connection. I prioritize my family and enjoy staying active through golf, working out, gardening, and reading, which help me recharge and bring my best self to my career.
