Tacy Hass

Tacy Hass is a Senior Corporate Counsel at PACCAR Inc., where she provides strategic legal guidance on corporate governance, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance. Since joining PACCAR, Tacy has leveraged her extensive experience in corporate law to support the company’s complex business operations and ensure alignment with evolving legal and regulatory standards. Her expertise spans corporate governance, contract negotiation, real estate law, and environmental compliance, making her a trusted advisor across the organization.

Prior to PACCAR, Tacy served as a Principal at Foster Garvey PC, where she focused on real estate acquisitions and sales, leasing, financing, and development. She conducted regulatory due diligence on complex equity and real estate deals, assisted developers in forming condominiums, homeowners associations, and business organizations, and represented clients in commercial, environmental, and land use disputes. Tacy also gained valuable experience as an attorney in multiple law firms and as a law clerk at the Adams County District Court, where she honed her skills in research, litigation strategy, and drafting complex legal documents.

Tacy earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she served as Articles Editor for the Colorado Journal of International and Environmental Law & Policy and held leadership roles in the American Constitution Society and the Technology and Intellectual Property Society. She also holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California, graduating summa cum laude. Tacy is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and has been recognized for her scholarly contributions, including an honorable mention in the H. Thomas Austern Memorial Writing Competition.
