Tahsina Latif, MBA

Tahsina Latif, MBA is a dedicated MFG Compliance Specialist with extensive experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, compliance, and quality assurance. She currently serves as a Compliance Specialist in External Manufacturing Supply & Quality for North America at Sanofi, where she supports critical operations that ensure regulatory adherence and product quality across diverse manufacturing networks.

Before joining Sanofi, Tahsina built a strong career foundation at leading organizations in the life sciences industry. She held roles at Vericel Corporation as a MFG Compliance Specialist in Cell and Gene Therapy, at Takeda as a Compliance Investigator, and at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Viral Vector Services Manufacturing Associate II. She also contributed to innovative research and process development during her time at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.

Academically, Tahsina earned her MBA in Strategic Leadership and Management from Fisher College, equipping her with advanced business acumen to complement her scientific expertise. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania, where she combined analytical skills with communication and leadership training.
