I am an executive search and talent acquisition professional with nearly a decade of experience in executive search, recruitment, and business development, currently serving as Senior Executive Search Consultant at Airswift, a role I have held since December 2024, where I partner with clients to identify and secure top-tier leadership talent across the energy and technology sectors.

Prior to this role, I served as Senior Associate at Focus Search Partners, A Vaco Company for nearly three years, and as Research Associate at the same firm for over two years, where I developed my expertise in executive search and talent acquisition. I also served as Senior Research Associate at Stevenson Search Partners for over a year and a half in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, and as Business Development Execution at Korn Ferry Futurestep for over two years, where I built my foundation in business development and recruitment process outsourcing.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University, where I was a D1 student-athlete on the Women's Basketball Team and developed the discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills that continue to shape my professional approach.
