About Talia
I've been working in sales for about 10 years, primarily in tech sales with Verizon handling phones and then business solutions. Four years ago I got my real estate license and started doing residential real estate part-time while keeping my corporate job. My goal is to transition fully into real estate. I'm also finishing my bachelor's degree in marketing in 2027 and have earned Adobe, digital marketing, and HubSpot certifications.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from my supportive family who instilled values like hard work, being trustworthy, honest, and reliable.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't be afraid of opposition. Remember that a kite rises against the wind. Keep pushing, network with other females in your field, and never give up.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Find work-life balance so everything is manageable and you can scale without burning out easily.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges include finding good qualifying leads every month in a metrics-driven sales environment. Opportunities lie in networking, using social media to promote yourself, and getting exposure through friends and family reposts.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Allow yourself to be passionate, move with intention, integrity, and peace. Everything else like success, wealth, and good fortune will fall into place.
