Tamara Jackson

Lieutenant Tamara Jackson is a distinguished law enforcement professional currently serving with the Reynoldsburg Division of Police. With a deep commitment to leadership and public service, she recently graduated from the prestigious School of Police Staff and Command (SPSC) at Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety. The rigorous 22-week program, held in Evanston, Illinois from May to October 2024, is designed to prepare law enforcement leaders through advanced coursework in leadership, human resources, budgeting, organizational behavior, and policy development. Lieutenant Jackson was a member of SPSC Class #576, which included 24 high-performing officers from across the country.
During the course, Lieutenant Jackson demonstrated her academic and professional excellence through exams, presentations, written projects, and a comprehensive staff study paper. Her successful completion of the program earned her eligibility for six undergraduate credit hours from Northwestern University. This achievement is a testament to her dedication to continuous professional development and strategic leadership in policing.
