Tamara Lucero Goodell is a seasoned Health Information Management (HIM) professional with extensive experience in healthcare management, regulatory compliance, patient services, and quality assurance. Currently serving as Regional Manager of Health Information Management at AdventHealth, Tamara oversees HIM operations across multiple facilities, driving innovative workflows, operational efficiency, and staff engagement. Her leadership is rooted in a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and fiscal responsibility in all aspects of health information management.

Throughout her career, Tamara has held key leadership roles at UCHealth, where she managed the HIM Scanning and Birth Registry teams. She led the successful implementation of virtual workflows across multiple Mother Baby Units, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency. Beyond HIM, she has championed early childhood wellness programs, partnering with local organizations to promote healthy lifestyles, and developed educational initiatives that empower parents and families through accessible, evidence-based training.
