About Tamaran
Tamaran Evans serves as a Manufacturing Engineer with 15 years of experience in the aerospace and defense sector. Her primary responsibilities include receiving blueprints and transforming them into comprehensive work instructions that guide operators and quality inspectors in the production of rockets and other equipment for the United States Department of Defense. She graduated from Laterno University School of Engineering and maintains certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt along with AS9100 and ISO 9001 credentials. Evans plans to launch her own consulting and auditing business to assist companies with audits, refine work instructions, and identify areas for improvement. As advice to young women entering the field, she emphasizes remembering one's identity and using knowledge to earn respect in the industry.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice would be to just always remember who you are, and just know that you will be respected. If not respected, use your knowledge to take the respect.
