About Tamarra
Tamarra Armstrong is an experienced real estate professional who serves as an Escrow and Realtor Resource Partner at New Venture Escrow, where she provides education, training, and marketing support to real estate professionals. With nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, Tamarra brings a diverse background spanning property management, commercial development, residential home refinishing, and escrow services. She began her career in 1996 in property management, where she spent approximately 15 years before transitioning into commercial development and later working alongside her family in the home refinishing business. Approximately five years ago, she transitioned into the escrow industry, where she has continued to build strong relationships and support real estate professionals in their businesses.
In her current role, Tamarra is dedicated to helping Realtors succeed by providing valuable resources, educational opportunities, training, and marketing support while developing trusted professional partnerships. She is an active member of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP), Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors (SRCAR), and National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). She also founded a local caravan group that brings real estate agents together for weekly meetings and property tours, creating opportunities for networking, collaboration, education, and business development while helping keep the local market moving.
Tamarra is passionate about building meaningful relationships, giving back, and making a positive difference in the communities she serves. Her commitment to service extends beyond her professional work, including involvement with an orphanage in Nigeria. She attributes her success to her faith in God, perseverance, and determination to never give up. Tamarra encourages young women entering the industry to network, become a valuable resource to others, give back, and embrace accessible tools and technologies, including AI. Above all, faith and family remain the foundation of her personal and professional life, guiding her to lead with integrity, gratitude, compassion, and purpose.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my faith in God, perseverance, and the determination to never give up. Through every challenge and opportunity, I have trusted God’s guidance while remaining committed to my goals. I believe that staying resilient, maintaining a positive mindset, and continuing to move forward, even when the path is difficult, have been essential to my growth and success.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to build a strong network, put yourself out there, and look for opportunities to be a valuable resource to others. Be willing to share your knowledge, support those around you, and give back to your community. I also encourage women to take advantage of free resources, including AI and other technology, to continue learning, developing their skills, and staying adaptable in an evolving industry.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Faith and family are the most important values in both my personal life and my work. My faith provides me with guidance, strength, and perspective, while my family keeps me grounded and reminds me of what truly matters. I strive to carry these values into everything I do by leading with integrity, gratitude, compassion, and a strong commitment to the people around me.
