I attribute my success to the unwavering support of my family and personal support system, who continue to motivate me, encourage my growth, and remind me of my strengths and purpose. Their encouragement has been instrumental in helping me navigate challenges, remain confident, and stay grounded while building my career in a traditionally male-dominated field.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the finance industry is to remain confident, stay poised, and trust in their abilities. Although the field can feel male-dominated and intimidating at times, it is important to recognize the value of your knowledge, perspective, and contributions. Avoid overthinking your decisions, embrace opportunities for growth, and approach challenges with confidence and resilience.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in today’s evolving professional landscape is maintaining authenticity and staying true to yourself while navigating the increasing availability of AI tools. While artificial intelligence can enhance productivity and efficiency, it is important to preserve personal creativity, critical thinking, and genuine human connection. At the same time, AI presents a significant opportunity by serving as a valuable personal assistant for brainstorming, generating ideas, and supporting decision-making, especially when working under tight deadlines. The key is leveraging technology as a tool while continuing to bring your unique perspective, expertise, and authenticity to your work.
