Tami Carter is an accomplished Fios Engineering Technician at Verizon, with extensive experience in telecommunications, customer service, and technical support. Based in Washington, D.C., she has worked with Verizon for over five years, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and restoration of Fios services. Her role has included multiple positions, from field technician to engineering assistant, and she has also served as a Central Office Technician, demonstrating her versatility and deep understanding of network systems.
Before her tenure at Verizon, Tami developed a strong background in ATM and financial machine repair, working with companies such as Diebold, Hyosung Corporation, and Wittenbach Business Systems.
