01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say keep your light spirit. There's a stigma in this field because it's so male-dominated, it's really like a white male-dominated field, that at some point you have to become a bit aggressive to get your point across. I have an incredibly bubbly personality that I'm not willing to compromise on, and I think that that's put me in spaces where I can shine a bit better because I haven't compromised. Hold true to yourself, find out where you fit, and just use what you got to get there.
