One of the biggest challenges in my field is maintaining precision and compliance in an ever-changing healthcare landscape, particularly as coding standards evolve alongside new treatments and technologies. At the same time, there are significant opportunities. The demand for skilled coders continues to grow, remote work options are expanding, and accurate coding plays a critical role in supporting healthcare quality.
