Tamika Powell

I founded Live Through It Enterprises because I'm a cancer and domestic violence survivor, and the name really captures my philosophy: when you can live through anything, you just gotta put your mind to it and work the process. I literally had to do that thing when cancer came three times in a row. Sometimes you want to give up on life, but you gotta live through the moment, brace yourself, and do the work that's necessary. I've been in ministry for 25 years and just started officially coaching about a year ago. I wanted to see if it was something I wanted to really dive into after the cancer. My passion is being an advocate for domestic violence, and I recently spoke for a city-wide event here, which was one of the most life-changing experiences. I also work as an Administrative Assistant and Social Media Manager for Santa Fe College's Continuing Education Department. I'm resilient, a great listener, and purpose-driven. Everything I do comes from my experiences and my desire to help others live through their own challenges.
