01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering this field to be patient with themselves and to trust the process. We do not have to know everything when we begin, and there is always someone who has already experienced the challenges we are facing. I encourage the next generation to seek out mentors, listen to those who came before them, and remain open to learning from their experience and guidance.
