Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help others own their power, and intentionally create a life and career they love—without sacrificing their health, relationships, or the fullness of who they are.
Through her coaching programs, women’s circles, retreats, workshops, and leadership experiences, Tammy continues to create spaces where women can connect, grow, heal, lead, and become more fully themselves.
She has developed educational programs and courses including Living with Intention Behind the Chair, the Elevated Stylist program, The Intentional Woman Method, The Wealth Frequency Course, and Manifest with Intention, while also expanding her work into women's retreats and men's development through Sacred Sons, a global community dedicated to helping men cultivate deeper connection, emotional awareness, personal responsibility, brotherhood, and authentic leadership.
She believes the most influential woman you can become is the woman who is deeply connected to who she is—and courageous enough to live from that truth.

Ten minutes with Tammy
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to faith, resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to keep growing.
I’ve never believed that success is a destination. It’s a continuous journey of learning, evolving, and being willing to reinvent yourself when life calls you into something new.
My faith has been my foundation, especially during the seasons when I didn’t have all the answers. I’ve learned to trust the process, listen to my intuition, take ownership of my choices, and keep moving forward.
I also attribute my success to my genuine desire to serve and develop people. Whether I was behind the chair, on a stage, leading a team, or coaching women and men today, I’ve always been passionate about helping people see more of what is possible for themselves.
Most importantly, I’ve learned that success becomes much more meaningful when it is built from alignment rather than achievement alone. When who you are, what you value, and how you live are in integrity with the success you are creating… that’s what truly matters most.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing.
I was getting ready to walk on stage in Las Vegas as a beauty platform artist in front of 5,000 beauty professionals for a World Release. I was excited, but I was also nervous.
My lifelong mentor, James Morrison, walked up to me just before I went on stage and gave me some of the best career advice I’ve ever received.
He simply said, “Don’t forget to breathe.”
So I stopped, took a few long, deep breaths, and something shifted. I felt grounded, confident, and ready to step onto that stage.
What’s so incredible is that I had no idea how meaningful those words would become in my life. All these years later, I’m a SomaticIQ Breathwork Facilitator, and I now understand on a much deeper level why those breaths worked.
Breath has the power to regulate the nervous system, bring us back into the present moment, and create space for us to access our confidence and inner wisdom.
That moment taught me something I still carry today: Sometimes the most powerful advice is the simplest—just breathe.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice? Start within.
Before looking for the next strategy, mentor, or expert, get clear on what you truly desire for yourself and your future in this industry.
Once you have that clarity, find a mentor or coach who genuinely inspires you and get close enough to experience their wisdom, leadership, and guidance firsthand.
When choosing someone to learn from, look beyond the highlight reel. Pay attention to their character, integrity, values, and heart. Notice how they treat people, how they navigate challenges, and how they actually live their life day-to-day.
Social media can show you someone’s image.
Proximity reveals who they really are.
Choose mentors whose lives and leadership align with what you aspire to embody, not simply what looks successful online.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I see with women and beauty professionals today is how easily we can become influenced by what we see on social media.
We look outside of ourselves for the answers—what to do, how to succeed, how to look, how to build our business, or even who we should become.
What you see isn’t always the truth.
Do your research. Question what you’re consuming. Fact-check. And, most importantly, learn to trust your own inner knowing.
The real opportunity is to become curious about YOU. Go deeper. Do the inner work. Get to know yourself fully….what you believe, what you value, what matters most to you, and who you are becoming.
When you’re rooted in who you are, your decisions become clearer. You stop chasing someone else’s version of success and start creating your own.
Your most aligned life and business won’t come from looking outside of yourself.
It begins within.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My faith is at the foundation of everything I do. I believe that when I stay connected and trust myself, I am capable of navigating anything life brings my way.
From there, I deeply value my health and well-being, followed by my family and the relationships I cherish. I believe these are the foundations that allow us to live a full and meaningful life.
I also value honesty, integrity, authenticity, and joy. I want to live and work in a way that feels true to who I am, while creating space to have fun, feel alive, and fully experience this life.
Ultimately, I want my work and my life to reflect what I believe in, not just what I say I value.
