Tammy Hershberger

Tammy Hershberger is an experienced retail and hospitality management professional with more than two decades of experience in customer service, food service, and retail operations. She currently serves as Manager at Mercantile Store in Wisconsin, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the business. Her responsibilities include hiring and training employees, scheduling, cash control, banking, merchandising, inventory, and general office administration. Tammy is committed to creating positive customer experiences while ensuring that her team has the training and support needed to succeed.

Throughout her career, Tammy has held leadership roles with organizations including Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, and Walmart. As a General Manager at Taco Bell, she achieved an outstanding customer-service ranking, earning the top position in Wisconsin and ranking 72nd worldwide. She has also developed strong management and customer-service expertise through professional training with McDonald's and Walmart, as well as food-safety certification.
