What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success first and foremost to God. My faith has guided me through every step of my personal and professional journey, giving me strength, purpose, and clarity. I truly believe that with faith, hard work, and perseverance, all things are possible.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is: *“Show up, stay humble, and never stop learning.”* Consistency and a willingness to grow have opened more doors for me than any title or credential. I've learned that how you treat people and how you handle challenges often matter just as much as what you know.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: don’t be afraid to ask for help. You don’t have to have all the answers right away. Asking questions, seeking guidance, and learning from others is a sign of strength—not weakness. Growth comes from being open, curious, and willing to lean on the experience of those around you.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is keeping up with the small, day-to-day details that can easily be overlooked. In a fast-paced environment, it's often the little things—like follow-ups, scheduling nuances, or behind-the-scenes prep—that make the biggest difference. The opportunity lies in developing strong systems and habits to stay organized and proactive, which ultimately supports smoother operations and stronger leadership.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me, both professionally and personally, are my faith in God, the importance of family and friends, being friendly and approachable, and always striving to be honest and informative. I believe in treating others with kindness and integrity in everything I do. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time camping, traveling, crocheting, and working on puzzles. One of my favorite ways to unwind is spending time with my 52 chickens—believe it or not, they bring me a lot of peace and joy!
