Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a relentless work ethic, a deep passion for teaching, and a steadfast commitment to helping others grow in their careers. My clinical nursing background has shaped my empathy, discipline, and focus on safety—qualities that continue to guide my leadership in education and product training.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that continuous learning, ethical courage, and a dedication to helping others succeed are the true foundations of meaningful leadership. I’ve carried this guidance throughout my journey, allowing it to shape how I lead, teach, and support those around me.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering this industry to find a strong mentor who genuinely supports their growth. Stay adaptable as technologies and trends evolve, and always prioritize education, safety, and authenticity over quick success. I encourage women to build careers rooted in knowledge, ethics, and long-term impact, focusing on what truly matters rather than shortcuts.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is the market saturation among skincare and aesthetic brands, coupled with the critical need to ensure consumer safety and product transparency. Navigating rapid innovation while maintaining high ethical standards is also an ongoing focus.

At the same time, there are tremendous opportunities. Expanding consumer education allows individuals to make informed treatment choices, while growing demand for natural-looking aesthetic outcomes drives innovation. There is also an increasing need for skilled trainers and leaders who can simplify complex science for both professionals and consumers.

My leadership sits at the intersection of these trends, helping to shape a safer, more informed future for the aesthetics industry.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, honesty, safety, and advocacy. Family also plays a profound role in shaping who I am. Supporting my son through treatment for a rare form of cancer has strengthened my resilience, deepened my sense of purpose, and reminded me of the importance of compassion and perseverance in every aspect of life.
