Tammy Willoughby

She is a dedicated mental health advocate and nonprofit leader with a deep commitment to recovery-focused solutions and systemic reform, currently serving as Founder and Executive Director of Beyond Stabilization, a mental health advocacy initiative she launched in 2023. In this role, she develops the organization's mission, engages communities, and advocates for compassionate mental healthcare that addresses the needs of individuals and families affected by serious mental illness. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Belmont Abbey College, where she studied psychological theory, human behavior, and research methods. She is recognized as a passionate, empathetic, and mission-driven leader who is deeply committed to promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and advancing systemic change to improve the lives of those impacted by mental illness.
