About Tandice
She is an experienced architecture and design professional with over a decade of experience progressing from technical design and architectural roles into design and project management. She currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at FORGE, following her role as Design Manager at Gensler, where she developed extensive experience overseeing design projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Project Architect, Technical Designer, and Job Captain, building a strong foundation in architectural design, technical documentation, and project delivery. She holds Master’s degrees in Architecture from Arizona State University and Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
