Tandy Bailey

Tandy Bailey is a transportation executive with 34 years of experience at UPS. She currently holds a Mid-Atlantic leadership role with responsibility for frontline pickup and delivery operations and transportation across West Virginia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. In this capacity, she oversees 3,600 delivery drivers through a direct staff of nine division managers, each managing about 1,000 employees. Bailey began her career at UPS part-time while in college studying industrial engineering with a focus on process optimization. She volunteered for every operations role along the way, progressing from delivery driver and supervisor through middle and upper management to her current executive position, which she has held for four years. She holds a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University. During her time in the Pittsburgh area from 2006 to 2016, she served as chair of the Westmoreland Red Cross chapter for a number of years, sat on the board of the United Way for Westmoreland County, and participated in entrepreneurial women's mentorship with Chatham University. She has recently relocated to the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area.
