As President of UPS's Mid Atlantic Region, she holds full P&L accountability for a $3.37 billion operation spanning 200 facilities and 11,000+ employees, achieving the #1 U.S. customer performance ranking and earning the UPS Horizon Award in 2023. She has led network optimization initiatives, closed and opened automated facilities, delivered $32 million in safety-driven savings, and improved leadership effectiveness by 24%. Previously, as Vice President of Transformation for U.S. Domestic Operations, she redesigned the U.S. operating model and led a $1.5 billion transformation portfolio, building a national training organization in under 12 months. She also served as Managing Director of Corporate Strategy, leading enterprise strategic planning and capital allocation, and has held leadership roles in engineering and operations throughout her tenure at UPS. She holds a B.S.E. in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.
