About Tandy
Tandy Taylor is a program analyst and budget analyst specializing in federal operations, financial planning, program support, government administration, reporting, analysis, resource coordination, and public-sector operations. She has supported the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for 21 years, beginning in 2003. Tandy currently serves as Program Analyst and senior program analyst for the Operations Division with the US Army Corps of Engineers in Pittsburgh, PA, where she manages the O&M program for 21 locks and dams across the Allegheny, Monongahela, and Ohio River systems. Her background includes 12 years as a budget analyst, including seven and a half years as the official budget analyst for the Lake Washington Ship Canal in the Seattle District, where she handled financial oversight for multimillion-dollar infrastructure repair projects. She attained her PMP certification during that time and relocated to Pittsburgh two and a half years ago to mentor others and share her expertise in program analysis and budget development.
