About Taneshia

Taneshia Jackson is a seasoned human resources executive and employment services professional with more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, nonprofit, corporate, and human services organizations. She currently serves as Human Resources Director at Cheshire Home, where she leads HR strategy and operations with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, compensation, and workplace culture. Taneshia is also the Executive Director and CEO of All Hands In, an employment services agency she has owned and operated for more than a decade.

Throughout her career, Taneshia has combined strategic HR leadership with a strong commitment to helping individuals and organizations succeed. Her experience includes serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at CarePoint Health System, where she supported HR operations across multiple hospitals and medical offices and partnered with executive leadership on workforce planning, labor relations, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives. Through All Hands In, she provides career development services including job placement, resume writing, interview preparation, career coaching, and employment guidance, helping individuals identify their strengths and pursue meaningful opportunities.

Taneshia holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from New Jersey City University and a Human Resources Management certification from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has also served as a board member of SHRM's Garden State Chapter and remains engaged in community-focused initiatives. I attribute my success to hard work, perseverance, and staying committed to my goals even when challenges arise.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to stay true to myself and lead with authenticity. I believe in making choices I can stand behind and being able to look myself in the mirror with confidence and integrity.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I encourage young women entering my industry to keep learning, growing, and building meaningful connections. Put yourself in new spaces, take opportunities to learn from others, and keep moving forward with curiosity and persistence.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge right now is economic uncertainty and instability. At the same time, it creates opportunities to be adaptable, put yourself out there, explore new possibilities, and be willing to try something different.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, honesty, and transparency are the values that matter most to me. I take pride in keeping my word, being genuine with others, and maintaining a strong sense of integrity in everything I do.
