Tania Gomez

I am a passionate legal professional with more than a decade of experience in personal injury law, case management, and pre-litigation strategy. Currently, I serve as Pre-Litigation Department Manager at Westlake Injury Law, where I lead teams, coordinate complex case workflows, and advocate for clients during some of the most challenging times in their lives. My career began in paralegal roles at Rafii & Associates, the Law Offices of Jacob Emrani, and FINRA, where I developed a strong foundation in legal research, documentation, and client communication. I hold an Associate’s degree in English Language and Literature from Moorpark College, which strengthened my writing and analytical skills in legal practice. I’m passionate about mentoring team members, improving legal processes, and ensuring every client receives compassionate, efficient, and results-driven support.
