Her Interview
Ten minutes with Tania
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think patience and resilience. It took very long for me to get to where I am now, to be able to move on from not having a good sale, or not even making a sale, but here I am now.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My manager once told me to just remember that they could be having a bad day too, so try your best to make sure that you end the day or the sale or whatever it is. You try to be kind as much as you can, even though they're not being kind to you.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
AI being more popular now, it's really hard to get people to buy something in person, that there's so many online ads now, and they're all made by AI, nobody's working together to make real ads, or to make real sales.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Respect and kindness is most important to me. I've always been taught by my parents to especially respect your elders. Be respectful and to be kind to people. You don't know what you're going through, or what someone else is going through.
