Ten minutes with Tania
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my children, as they have always been one of my greatest sources of motivation. I want them to be proud of their mom and to see the value of perseverance, dedication, and hard work. Throughout my journey, I have continued to push forward, even while balancing the responsibilities of being a wife, mother, and professional. I have always believed in proving to myself that I am capable of overcoming challenges and achieving my goals. I also believe that life’s opportunities and experiences happen at the right time, shaping us and preparing us for the path we are meant to follow.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women entering the industry to remain open to learning, accepting guidance, and supporting others along the way. Building strong soft skills, being approachable, and having a willingness to help are essential qualities for long-term success. The Business Analyst role has always been a passion of mine, and I have been fortunate to have people who supported and guided me throughout my career. I am truly grateful for those who helped me reach where I am today, and I believe it is important to pay that support forward by mentoring, encouraging, and creating opportunities for others.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field right now is it is very competitive. The technology field is growing rapidly. Therefore, many are gravitating to that career and it is more challenging to grow.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Always be yourself. Be respectful and humble. God is my source and I trust Him with everything aspect of my life.
