Tania Pagán

Tania Pagán is a Texas Department of Public Safety Lieutenant, Army veteran, and licensed Realtor who has spent more than a decade dedicated to public service and leadership. She began her career in 2009 as a Military Police Sergeant in the U.S. Army, later transitioning into law enforcement in 2014, where she has since risen through the ranks to lead a narcotics unit in Austin, Texas. Alongside her law enforcement career, Tania earned a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Inter American University of Puerto Rico-Guayama, building an academic foundation that complements her hands-on field experience.

In 2026, Tania expanded her professional path by becoming a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Lone Star, where she now represents buyers and sellers with a particular focus on serving veteran and first responder clients. That same year, she founded Embrace the Hill, a leadership development platform created to help individuals and teams lead with clarity, discipline, confidence, and purpose. Through keynote speaking, executive coaching, DISC training, and business mentorship, she works with executives, managers, and high-performing teams — as well as public safety, military, and first responder leaders — to strengthen communication, decision-making, and performance under pressure.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Tania brings a direct, practical approach rooted in real-world application to everything she does, whether she's serving in law enforcement, guiding clients through real estate transactions, or coaching the next generation of leaders. She credits her success to leading with heart, embracing her own humanity, and consistently looking for ways to add value to the people around her. Outside of her professional pursuits, she gives back to her community by teaching soccer at the YMCA, reflecting the same spirit of mentorship and service that defines her career.
