01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell her to get grounded by knowledge first, so that she would build the foundation. And then go into the field, because in this field, nobody really wants to help anybody else. Nobody wants to train anybody else. They'd rather see you fall flat on your face, because a lot of people are not educated and they think that they need to protect their jobs. So it's a cruel field for the weak. It's not meant for the weak. Definitely not, because you will get eaten alive. But I would definitely say to seek knowledge, like actual base knowledge. Seek that out, whether it's courses or education, you know, like brick and mortar school, or just taking billing or coding courses to get familiar with the technology. And to always look for God, because at the end of the day, you need to have some kind of faith and hope in your life. And that I would say, no matter what kind of advice they would look for, I would always add that in there.
