About Taniesha
I've been in the spa industry for over 10 years, starting as a service provider, then spa director for 4-5 years, and recently becoming GM. I specialize in spa strategy and operations, and pride myself on bridging the gap between providers and leadership by working effectively with teams. I come from a family of cosmetologists but pivoted due to having SLE lupus, obtaining my cosmetology license, then training in aesthetics and massage.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to consistency, curiosity, stewardship, and always wanting to perform my best. Having a childlike perspective to adventure without fear, and coloring outside the lines.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I received is don't play it small. Go big every time. Present your vision, give it a try, and make adjustments if needed.
