About Tanina
Tanina Urbanski is a media consultant based in Boston, MA. She is employed by PreDigital, a CRM consulting company, where she handles client onboarding to HubSpot and enhances their current CRM setups through sales and marketing initiatives. In addition, Tanina works with individual dance studios, running their media, social media, and websites to help increase community engagement and enrollment. She is still active as a dancer and dance teacher, having been involved with one studio for years while also freelancing with others. Recently promoted to a role managing a team, Tanina enjoys mentoring and onboarding new staff members. She attributes her success and drive to her dance training from grade school through college, which instilled a mentality of coming to class, doing her best, pushing to improve, delivering quality work, learning from mistakes, and bringing 100 percent to her clients each day.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I find that I have to go back to dance, because I think that's just the mentality and the training that I grew up with from grade school through college. It was very much like come to class, do your best, push yourself to be better than the last class. And I think I see that in my work often, where it's about delivering quality work, learning from my mistakes, making sure that I'm bringing 100% to my clients and quite literally putting my best foot forward day to day. It really does stem from that dance training mentality.
