About Taniya
She is a dedicated public administration professional with a strong foundation in policy analysis, administrative support, and community service, currently serving as Management Assistant at the City of Phoenix, where she supports administrative operations and constituent correspondence. Prior to this role, she served as a Management Fellow at the City of Phoenix, where she gained hands-on experience in municipal government operations. Her career includes serving as a Substitute Teacher in Palm Beach School District, where she managed classrooms and implemented lesson plans, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Florida State University, where she provided instructional support and one-on-one mentoring to students. She also served as a Student Associate and Receptionist at the FSU Career Center and the FSU Center for Leadership and Service. She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Florida State University. She is recognized as a dedicated, adaptable, and service-oriented professional who is deeply committed to effective public administration, community engagement, and supporting the next generation of learners.
