Tanji L. Donald

Trainer, consultant, and program-development specialist with 30+ years of experience advancing trauma-informed practice, parenting education, and family support systems. Currently a Trainer and Consultant with the Traumatic Stress Institute of Klingberg Family Centers, providing training, consultation, and technical assistance to strengthen services for children and families. Spent nearly two decades with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, serving as a Parenting Education Grants Manager and later Associate Director of Parent Education, supporting statewide partners through funding, conferences, resources, and stakeholder engagement using a strength-based approach. Earlier, worked as a Parent-Child Specialist at the Institute for Health and Recovery, leading statewide and national projects and training providers on integrated substance use, mental health, trauma, and parenting programming. Holds an M.Ed. from Cambridge College and is a certified trainer, including Master Trainer for numerous programs.
