Her Interview
Ten minutes with Tanya
01What do you attribute your success to?
The relationships that I've built along the journey. It feels really good when I reflect on my entire career and I'm able to tell stories about interactions with people that I'm still friends with today from 20 and 30 plus years ago. It's really the relationships and friendships that I've built along the way that have made me a better person.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stay curious. The most important thing in our lives is that we stay curious. It's really easy to make a lot of assumptions. Keep asking the questions, no matter how much you think you already know the answer.
