She possesses deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, capital planning, depreciation, margin analysis, account reconciliations, cash‑flow analysis, and comprehensive financial reporting.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my genuine passion for what I do. I particularly enjoy teaching managerial finance and take great satisfaction in helping others understand and apply financial concepts effectively.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to question everything and practice “trust but verify.” It’s a reminder to stay curious, think critically, and ensure that decisions are informed and accurate, even when working with trusted colleagues or established processes.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to work hard and stay committed, because hard work and dedication truly pays off. Believe in yourself and your abilities, seek out mentors who can guide and support you, stay open-minded to new ideas and opportunities, and cultivate a great personality—professional skills combined with a positive, approachable attitude can make all the difference in your success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is balancing the demands and expectations of different ownership groups while simultaneously delivering positive, measurable results. This presents an opportunity to strengthen leadership, strategic decision-making, and communication skills, ensuring that both organizational goals and stakeholder expectations are successfully aligned.
