Tanya Huglife is a Belarus-born entrepreneur, Founder & CEO of YourBodyCan LLC, and a holistic health and wellness leader based in the United States. She is a mother of four and a dedicated coach who helps women reconnect with their bodies, restore their health, and rebuild confidence through sustainable, science-based holistic nutrition and lifestyle strategies. Her work focuses on supporting women through weight loss, autoimmune recovery, metabolic reset, and overall well-being, with the goal of helping them create lasting transformation from the inside out.
Her professional journey began in corporate finance and global markets, where she spent 10 years working on a trading floor surrounded by over 3,000 professionals in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Coming to America with big aspirations from a young age, she built her career from the ground up while working multiple jobs during college—often balancing three roles at once and working up to 75 hours per week before securing her place in the international trading and investment industry. Her experience in financial markets, operations, and corporate strategy shaped her discipline, analytical thinking, and resilience in demanding environments.
Her life took a pivotal turn after becoming a mother of four, including twins, when her health began to decline due to an autoimmune condition that left her physically unable to continue in her demanding corporate role. Faced with chronic symptoms and limited answers, she chose to step away from her dream career to focus on healing through a holistic, non-pharmaceutical approach. That decision became a transformation point in her life. Today, for over a decade, she has been helping women heal, regain their strength, and reclaim their identity through her programs. Working alongside Rudy Maurer, she is now building an automated global platform designed to scale her impact internationally, with a structured home-based wellness system that allows women to transform their health while caring for their families—right from their own homes.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my kids. My kids are my greatest motivation. They drive everything I do and push me to keep going, to build my business, and to help as many women as possible. Everything I've accomplished, from overcoming my disability to building my health coaching practice, has been fueled by wanting to be the best example for them and to create a better life for our family.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is that when you put your goals, don't put them aside and do everything towards that goal, even if it's one minute a day, even if you do not see the light at the end of the tunnel. If I would give up on myself, on my knees, doing simple things like Qigong, tai chi, I couldn't walk, so I had to do very simple exercises, like pretending I'm touching the water and I'm standing in the water, so my body would be awake. 10 minutes, 1 minute, 5 minutes, no matter what it is, that brings you closer to your goal every single day. Prioritize, first of all, your number one priority. Your dream is your goal. There is no dream coming true if it's not your goal. You work towards your goal every single day. You prioritize it, and then everything else comes.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry today is don't take your body for granted. Always secure your body, because just because you're young and beautiful, we don't know what's tomorrow. So always, always think of your health. If I had to say it in one sentence, don't take your body for granted. You only get one body in life. Also, do not compare yourself to no one. Do not look at social media. You are so unique, your eyes, your lips, anything. You are the only you like that in life. Nobody else is walking in your body, in your mind. So I don't want them to really focus on social media, but focus on themselves. They are so unique in their own way.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in my field right now is social media. Social media is promoting images of ladies, young ladies, and there's so many young women, old women, middle-aged women, they're all watching social media and they want to have what's nearly impossible to have because it's all AI. The images are so trimmed, it's not real. During COVID, I had so many teenagers and moms reaching out saying can you help my girl, she wants to look like this, and I have to work on their mind. Young ladies come to me and show me pictures saying I want to be this. I have to help them understand that they should not compare themselves to anyone, that they are so unique in their own way. You might never have that tiny waist, but you can look so much more beautiful than someone else with a tiny waist. You are so unique, your eyes, your lips, anything. Nobody else is walking in your body, in your mind.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My personal life values are health is number one. It's my priority. You are the priority. What good do you bring to the family, or to your clients, or to your business, or motivating other people, if you are not yourself, if you are not healthy? I always tell my ladies, think of this, I can't do this because I have kids, 4 kids, two kids, I have jobs. I say, okay, what good will you bring to your kids? You're gonna be annoyed, aggravated, upset. Mental health is number one, so you are priority. If you feel good, the whole family feels good. Your clients feel your energy. It's all about what and how you come out in front of your family and what you can give. If you're healthy, everybody else is healthy, and it's a chain. My values are health, family, and helping others. My mission is always help others. If I can help one woman at a time, one woman a year, she will help someone else. If we change the life of one person, we can change the world, only if we act genuinely. Money has never been first in my life. If I can help a person and a person could not afford me, I train them for free. That's how I started, that's how I still do it. If I feel I can help a person, I'll do it without the pay. I still do it, and I get so much in return.
