About Tanya
She is a visionary life design strategist, leadership developer, and organizational consultant with over three decades of experience spanning organizational development, executive development, career strategy, and human performance, currently serving as Founder and Chief LifeScape Architect at Tanya Michelle International Consulting, where she pioneered the discipline of LifeScape Architecture™—an integrated approach to intentionally designing lives, careers, businesses, leadership journeys, and legacies. She has developed proprietary intellectual property including Design Your Life™, A.V.A.T.A.R.™, and Business of One™, and serves executive education, corporate advisory, and leadership development clients. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty Coach at the University of Denver and previously served as Director of the Center for Career Planning and Workforce Strategies at Trident University International. Her corporate career includes Human Resources Manager at Princess Cruises and Training and Development Manager at Royal Caribbean International. She is recognized as a visionary, innovative, and transformational leader who is deeply committed to helping individuals and organizations move from living by default to living by design.
