Tanya K. Moore: Speaker: Tanya Moore, Associate Principal - Health Management AssociatesWhat does being an Influential Woman mean to you?Tanya Moore: Hello, my name is Tanya Moore, and I'm a consciousness calibration tester or CCT consultant. I'm honored to be selected as an influential woman from LinkedIn, and I'm entirely grateful for the chance to showcase what I can do for businesses in almost any industry in regard to finding the truth. My background is in risk management over the last 30 years, starting in work comp claims and ending as a background investigator for federal contracts with the top secret clearance the last 7 years. I've been a student of David R. Hawkins for over 20 years, and I've studied his map of consciousness via consciousness calibration testing. And I've basically mastered CCT to discover the truth of anything in consciousness. So my business plan is to apply it to the security, intelligence and military industries and their need for truth in their hiring practices, applicants, and even leadership. I can evaluate applicants or participants for incoherence, such as insider threats, moles or spies, or even terrorist activities. To be chosen as an influential woman is to be trusted with the goal and mission that's honorable and beneficial to society on so many levels. I'm just getting started, but I now have another commitment to keep in staying an influential woman by pursuing and spreading the success of business and organizations worldwide. I know I have a duty, and I plan to honor that and make this world a better place by pursuing my business plans, which also include pilot programs for those that just want to try it and see how it works before fully diving in. It may be considered controversial right now, but with enough time it will become mainstream, and then I can honestly feel like I've earned my stripes to be an influential woman. Thank you again for the opportunity and exposure. I am deeply grateful and honored. What's one piece advice would you give to younger women chasing their dreams?Tanya Moore: One piece of advice that I would give to younger women chasing their dreams is to always stay. In that chase of their dreams, no matter what happens, no matter what they have to go through, if they have to walk through fire, then so be it. Walk through the fire to get there. It will be worth it. It will be abundant, and it will be your in alignment with your spiritual mission, even if you're not spiritual. Um, it just will fulfill you because When you are doing what you love to do, um. There's just not a lot that can go against you. And if God before us, who can be against us? And so I would just say to be one pointed about it. To go after your dreams and don't let anybody or anyone stop you. No matter what that looks like. And God is on your side.

Her Interview
Ten minutes with Tanya
01What do you attribute your success to?
When I’m asked what I attribute my success to, the answer is simple: God, and my commitment to finding the Truth of who we are — beyond biology, beyond appearances. That commitment has been my guiding light in every decision, every challenge, every leap of faith.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was equally simple, but profound: “Make a commitment, and never break it — no matter how long the commitment lasts.” That principle has carried me through moments of uncertainty and into new frontiers of possibility.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering this industry to follow their passion and let it guide them toward opportunities and growth, trusting that dedication and authenticity will lead to success.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Right now, the greatest challenge — and opportunity — in my field is that I have the only company that provides my product to the intelligence community that I know of. That means the work is pioneering, but it also means the field is wide open. If we grow this number, we could start a movement across industries — where businesses and organizations embrace truth and alignment, and only the most loyal, integrous, and trustworthy individuals rise to help them grow and succeed.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are creativity, education, and empowering others—especially children—to develop inner strength and a bold perseverance in what they love to do so they can provide their unique gift to the world for all to benefit.
