Tanya (Avedovech) Moore is a highly specialized CCT Investigator and Integrity Consultant with deep expertise in truth-based risk detection for intelligence, security, and leadership trust. Based in the Greater Phoenix Area, she has built a career at the intersection of intelligence, psychology, and metaphysical science. Tanya pioneers the use of Consciousness Calibration Testing (CCT)—a discreet, scientifically replicable system designed to reveal hidden risks, detect misalignments, and strengthen organizational integrity. Her approach provides agencies, businesses, and leadership teams with actionable insights that go beyond the limits of traditional background checks and investigative tools.
With a Doctorate in Theocentric Psychology and a Master’s in Metaphysical Science from the University of Sedona, Tanya combines rigorous investigative experience with a holistic understanding of human behavior. A former Top Secret clearance holder and veteran background investigator for General Dynamics, she has supported a wide range of operations, including counterintelligence, covert investigations, fraud detection, cybercrime analysis, and insider threat assessments. Through her consulting practice, Truth & Coherence, Tanya delivers tailored services from pilot calibration programs to enterprise-level risk and coherence mapping, helping clients build teams grounded in trust, alignment, and resilience.
Outside of her consulting work, Tanya is an author and educator passionate about mentorship, writing, and empowering the next generation. She writes children’s books focused on teaching inner strength and consciousness and shares her perspectives on leadership, truth, and current events through her Substack newsletter, Perception or Essence. What do you attribute your success to?
When I’m asked what I attribute my success to, the answer is simple: God, and my commitment to finding the Truth of who we are — beyond biology, beyond appearances. That commitment has been my guiding light in every decision, every challenge, every leap of faith.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was equally simple, but profound: “Make a commitment, and never break it — no matter how long the commitment lasts.” That principle has carried me through moments of uncertainty and into new frontiers of possibility.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering this industry to follow their passion and let it guide them toward opportunities and growth, trusting that dedication and authenticity will lead to success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Right now, the greatest challenge — and opportunity — in my field is that I am the only CCT Investigator/Consultant that I know of. That means the work is pioneering, but it also means the field is wide open. If we grow this number, we could start a movement across industries — where businesses and organizations embrace truth and alignment, and only the most loyal, integrous, and trustworthy individuals rise to help them grow and succeed.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are creativity, education, and empowering others—especially children—to develop consciousness and inner strength.
