01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my parents who gave me freedom and dealt with me commendably in my growing years, my husband who has been by my side through late-night calls, managing the baby during COVID in 2020, and good mentors throughout my career who brought improvement and change.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice is that change is the only constant, and adapting to change is most important. Also, humbleness is key because people's impression of you will not change, and you can control that.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Follow your goals and passion, but mix it with practicality. Put both mind and heart to work, debate, and take things along. The world is your place now, be yourself.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is keeping up with continuously changing infrastructure and approaches to solutionizing.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Humbleness and treating people with respect without being rude. Human touch and knowledge go a long way, especially in today's world of AI and robots. Everything can be solved without being rude.
