About Tanya

I am a sales executive with over two decades of experience in technology sales, leadership, and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Sales at RHO Wireless, a role I have held since January 2024. In this position, I cultivate strong relationships with key clients and regulatory agencies, driving successful sales growth and ensuring compliance, while identifying and penetrating new customers with customized connectivity solutions to contribute to market expansion and revenue growth.

Alongside my corporate role, I am the Owner of Breezy Acres Horse Farm, a unique lodging facility I have operated since October 2022, where I manage daily operations, provide full-service accommodations and stable care, oversee marketing and guest relations, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Prior to joining RHO Wireless, I spent over nineteen years at Dell in progressively responsible sales leadership roles. I served as Large Enterprise Sales Director for over six years, where I led a team of eight to eleven sales executives achieving forty-five to one hundred million dollars in revenue per quarter, surpassed revenue targets by achieving over one hundred and eight percent of quota for FY22, and was recognized as Gulf Coast Region's Regional Sales Director of the Year FY22 with over five consecutive years averaging one hundred and four percent quota attainment. I also served as Enterprise Account Executive for over eight years, successfully selling Dell's technology solutions to key customers, generating over twenty million dollars in sales revenue for JC Penney and transitioning Epsilon Data Services to become a Dell server customer resulting in ten million dollars in net new revenue, and was recognized as North Texas Account Executive of the Year 2010.

Earlier in my career at Dell, I served as Global Inside Sales Manager, leading a team of eighteen sales representatives managing eighty global customers and achieving over one hundred and fifty-one million dollars in quota per quarter while developing training programs for inside sales representatives. I also served as Sales Representative for Higher Education, managing sales into the University of Maryland System, Maryland Community Colleges, and Ohio Universities, exceeding a thirty-three million dollar annual quota with nine percent growth, and as Education Account Executive and Inside Sales Representative, building relationships with new and existing customers and exceeding quota with a blended attainment of over one hundred and thirty percent.
