I attribute my success to the unwavering support and encouragement of my family, who have been a key driving force throughout my career.

Find a trusting mentor, be a sponge. Soak up every bit of knowledge from everyone.

Trust in yourself, stay confident.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is helping women build confidence and find strong mentors as they navigate traditionally male-dominated environments.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are compassion—reflected in my love for my family, my rescue dog and work. I find balance, by spending time at the beach.
