Ten minutes with Tara
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my faith, really, that God has a plan for us, and that he wants our best. We just have to take action.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
To not be so hard on ourselves, believe in ourselves, and trust that when we really believe that we were created for a purpose, to just go full force, because it's the only life that we have.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To believe in themselves, and not allow words or the opinions of others to take a higher place. Just stay grounded in who they are, and not allow the labels or the opinions of others to take a higher place in their life than they should.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges include so much information out there about health and wellness that can be overwhelming for people to sift through and know what's right for them. Opportunities are that now more than ever we can harness science to allow our bodies to heal.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, regardless if it's personal or professional. And to have a heart to serve, whether serving clients, spouse, or family, to make sure it's not about us all the time.
