I am a human resources professional with over a decade of experience in HR management, consulting, and strategic workforce development, currently serving as HR Consultant at Unitas Consulting LLC, a role I have held since August 2020, where I provide human resources consulting services to support organizational growth, compliance, and employee engagement.

Prior to this role, I served as HR Manager at West Feliciana Parish Hospital for over three years, where I managed HR operations and supported healthcare staff, and as HR Director at RKM Primary Care for over a year and a half, where I led HR strategy and operations for a primary care organization. Earlier in my career, I served as Human Resource Consultant at HR Solutions for over five years, providing HR consulting services to a variety of clients, and as HR Coordinator at Triple Canopy for four months.

Across my career in human resources and consulting, my work has been driven by a commitment to building strong, compliant, and engaged workforces, supporting organizational success, and helping employees thrive.
