About Tara
Tara Pentz is a community management professional with experience in property and HOA management. She currently serves as a Community Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations for about seven communities. Her responsibilities include paying invoices, coordinating vendors, and addressing homeowner requests. She began her career in the field as a Compliance Manager and advanced to her current position after returning to work following several years as a stay-at-home mom. Outside of her professional role, Tara supports the American Liver Foundation through yearly walks, a cause close to her heart due to her family experiences. She attributes her drive and success to her family and children.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Definitely my family and my children push me to succeed. My youngest was born with a liver disease and had a transplant, so being able to go back to work after that time at home really motivated me.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't take no for an answer. If you feel like you want to do something, keep striving for it, you'll get there.
