She is a human resources executive, HR consultant, talent acquisition leader, DEIB strategist, training facilitator, benefits administrator, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, executive recruiting, and organizational development professional with extensive experience across nonprofit, education, consulting, and workforce organizations. She currently serves as Human Resources Executive at Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Head Consultant/President/CEO at SPRIOC. Her background includes HR leadership with OTC Services, CHRO work with The Newgrange School/Laurel School/Robinowitz Education Center, and executive recruiting, HR project management, and DEI event planning with UCS.
